You should always look to replace the eyes when you are reborning a doll and it is highly recommended that you choose glass eyes instead of plastic ones.
You will need to know what size eyes you need before replacing them and this can be quite tricky to work out at first. If you have the old eyes out of the doll already, you can measure from the center on one side to the other with a tape measure or a piece of string.
